It's the starting of Chapter 2 and it's the end of Chapter 1.
I'm excited though I'm a bit sad to leave this cozy environment with a group of sporting friends.
Really glad I know each and everyone of them, which leave me lots of happy memories during my tenure.
Thanks for everyone help and support that help and gave me courage for me to end the Chapter 1.
I'm definitely excited to join the new environment and definitely a good kick start for my Chapter 2.
More knowledge will be absorb and more things to learn, no matter it's big or small.
Different environment definitely as the job scope will be different and the surroundings will be different.
Located in the city center and stuck in more traffic jams !
Gotta depart early and leave late every day. Time for me to prepare.
I have 2 weeks holiday just to prepare myself for Chapter 2 in my life.
And there is another sub Chapter coming up, hopefully another 3 months. Then I have more things to accomplish !

To Stay or Not to?
After 3 months of notice, now is only left with 5 days which I'm really exciting in joining the new company soon ! I'm pretty sure I will work hard and do all my best for this new challenge.
Firstly, I tendered in January and that lead me to sit in the boss's room for about 1 hour. I've rejected the first time.
Second time, it is in last month, having a coffee break with boss and discuss for about 1 hour again. This time with a better deal, changing department and reporting directly to him. Nah !!! I've rejected again !
Third time, yesterday, my colleague, the head of other department, talk to me and ask me to stay (again).
It's still under my consideration.
Although there are lots of projects coming in with this new management. But still I don't think that's my direction and that's not what I want. All I can learn here and contribute here is all about Statistics. The data is already sent in by the insurance companies and what we do is just to identify the trend and the outliers and do some analysis. There's no information on how insurance company is working, how they got the data and the figure. I want to know from the insurance company's perspective not from an analyst perspective because it's not interesting at all. Although this company is going to work with lots of other companies, there are lots of opportunity given, but still that is not my interest and that does not attract me. It's never about money. It's always about my future and what I want !
I hope they can understand. Moreover, I've signed the offer that given by and I will definitely be there.
It's a new environment, new learning experience, new knowledge, new place, new boss and everything is new.... It's worth to try in an all new place !
